These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the ChickPops website (chickpops.pro) and any purchases you make through our platform. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
ChickPops is operated from Poland and primarily serves customers within the European Union. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Our Services
ChickPops provides:
- Handcrafted chicken-shaped lollipops and popsicles
- Gift packaging and personalization options
- Delivery services throughout the European Union
- Custom orders for events (weddings, parties, corporate events)
All our products are made by hand in Poland using natural ingredients. Product appearance may vary slightly as each piece is individually crafted — this is a feature, not a defect!
Your Rights and Obligations
You Have the Right To:
- Browse our website and view product information freely
- Place orders for products listed on our website
- Receive accurate information about products, prices, and delivery
- Cancel your order within 14 days of delivery (see Withdrawal section)
- Contact our customer service with questions or concerns
- Request deletion of your account and personal data
You Agree Not To:
- Provide false or misleading information when placing orders
- Use automated systems to access or interact with our website
- Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of our website
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without permission
- Use our website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Resell our products without prior written agreement

- Process orders promptly and communicate any delays
- Ship products securely to prevent damage during transit

- Refuse or cancel orders if we suspect fraud or abuse

Orders and Payment
Placing Orders
Orders are placed through our website or via email for custom/bulk requests. An order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse orders that appear fraudulent.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in Polish Zloty (PLN) and include applicable VAT. Payment is accepted via bank transfer, card payment, or other methods indicated at checkout. Full payment is required before shipping.
Delivery
We ship throughout the EU. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days. Express delivery (1-2 days) is available for Poland, Germany, and Czech Republic. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, product designs, and code — is the property of ChickPops or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may:
- View and print pages for personal, non-commercial use
- Share links to our website on social media
- Quote brief excerpts with proper attribution
You may NOT:
- Copy or reproduce our product designs
- Use our logo or branding without permission
- Scrape or systematically download our content
- Use our content for commercial purposes without a license
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChickPops shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control
- Issues arising from improper storage of products after delivery
- Allergic reactions if allergen information was clearly provided
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific products giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law.
Right of Withdrawal
As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
Important Exception:
Due to the perishable nature of our products (food items), the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to ChickPops lollipops and popsicles once the sealed packaging has been opened. This is in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(d).
For unopened products in original packaging, contact us at hello@chickpops.pro to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrectly shipped.
Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve any issues directly with our customers. If you have a complaint:
- Contact us at hello@chickpops.pro with details of your concern
- We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days
- We will investigate and provide a resolution within 14 days
If we cannot resolve the dispute directly, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
These terms are governed by Polish law. Any legal disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Polish courts, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer to bring claims in your country of residence.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. For significant changes, we will provide notice via email to registered customers.
